My Journey
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience working with diverse individuals and families. I’m here to offer a soft place to land, where you can allow all the parts of yourself. I’ll also be honest with you when it’s time to face patterns that aren’t working anymore. Together we’ll create a space where you can reflect and think clearly, where you can be imperfect, messy and real. There’s no judgment here—only my deep respect for who you are and the path that brought you here.
Inside each of us is a world we might not have fully discovered yet. Life gets busy, filled with distractions, expectations and demands, and it’s easy to lose touch with the deeper, more expansive part of ourselves. But that inner world? It’s always there, waiting for us to tap into, to draw strength from, and to simply rest in.
We all do the best we can with what we know at the time. If you grew up feeling like love was conditional, maybe you learned to perform for others or stay quiet about how you really feel. It worked for a while and may have even gotten you through some tough times, but at some point it stopped working. Maybe it was in a relationship or after having kids. Suddenly, your needs were on the back burner, and you found yourself believing you’re either too much or not enough. You set everything up the way it should be, trying to make everyone happy, but still end up feeling drained, lonely and unseen. Somewhere along the way, you lost touch with who you really are.
That’s where therapy comes in, and where I come in.
I’m trained in evidence-based approaches and trauma-informed practices. I’ve worked in diverse settings with individuals from all walks of life and I’m committed to fostering a therapeutic environment where you feel safe, respected and empowered to grow into the best version of yourself.
