A Place to Blossom

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I draw from many schools of thought, frameworks and specialized trainings. Integrative therapy, as its called, is tailormade to match your unique needs and goals. We will work together to find what’s helpful for you, using modalities such as:

• AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy)

  • EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)

  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

  • Feminist Therapy, Sociopolitical and Social Justice Lenses

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy

  • Attachment-Informed Therapy

  • Trauma-Informed Therapy, including Intergenerational Trauma

  • KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy)

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

From the outside, your life might look picture-perfect. Maybe you have the Instagrammable relationship, the graduate degree (even if it’s still hanging over you in student loans), or the home that belongs in Architectural Digest.  Or maybe success for you today was showering, finding your keys and getting to work (almost) on time.

We’re all just trying to keep it together.

That’s why you can count on me to be there for you, rooted and present, truly listening so you feel understood and less alone. Lean on my sturdiness until you feel strong enough to stand tall on your own. Sunlight, water, and soil—these are the essentials from which things grow. Therapy is no different. It’s the sustenance we all need to thrive, especially when life feels overwhelming. You can share hard things with me, knowing I won’t break. In the same way a young tree needs a stake for support while its roots take hold, I offer steadiness and strength as you grow into your own.

Between the endless demands of work, family, relationships and everything else, life can leave you feeling stretched too thin. Whether you’re juggling roles like the perfect mom, ambitious career woman and supportive partner, or wondering what motherhood or family might mean for you, the pressure can feel like too much. The overthinking, guilt and constant comparisons can trap you in a cycle of striving but never feeling like enough. Together, we’ll face the self-doubt, shame and guilt that can creep in when you’re going through big changes.

Illustration of a mother gazing at her baby's toes as they rest on a bed. Pink blossoms flow through the windows.

I’ll meet you where you are, offering compassion and my fully engaged presence. But I’ll also ask the questions that help you move inward. What’s in your control? What must you accept to move forward? What boundaries do you need to set to have more authentic relationships in which you feel cared for? What messages about your worth and lovability from your childhood are you carrying with you now?

I’ll help you untangle unhelpful patterns and identify outdated beliefs, and then set you on a new course to reconnect you with the hidden resources already within you. I’ll remind you to approach yourself with kindness and patience, because I know sometimes, the most important thing you can do is lie in bed, marveling at your baby’s tiny toes.
