Support in Each of Your Seasons
Which season are you in? It could be a time when you’re thinking about expanding your family, focusing on self understanding and personal development, growing your career, or wanting to create more emotional intimacy in relationships.
I specialize in working with women, mothers-to-be, parents, women who work in male-dominated industries, and individuals in relationships. I center my practice around working with people who have been systematically marginalized by our mainstream culture, such as LGBTQ+ individuals, Jewish and BIPOC communities, neurodiverse people, and anyone who has felt excluded or experienced discrimination.
I am highly attuned to people who have been under-mothered, and have experienced narcissistic or emotionally immature parenting. I am honored to work with anyone trying to undo the cycle of intergenerational trauma and pave the way for a new generation to have a different experience of their emotions and to live more authentically.
